Bryan Teoh was uncovered in 2008 by Royal Artiste Manager William Soh after he impressed at a song writing cometition, My Vote, coming in as the champion overall. Having started singing since the young tender age of 10, Bryan has already more than 10 years of singing experiences under his belt.
In 2005, Bryan’s composing ability took the notice of a label and was signed as a writer. Three years later, he sold his first song to a Hong Kong singer, Casey Tse titled: 學了好久 Aku Cinta Padamu .Since then, Bryan has been actively writing songs for many singers.
In 2007, Bryan became a Radio DJ at a radio station in Kuala Lumpur (KL) where he also started his hosting career. Bryan has since travelled through Malaysia, hosting in various cities and events as well as grand ceremonies and events by Genting International Group. Bryan’s hidden talent of being able to imitate renowned singer Fei Yu Qing won him many TV appearance invites by various TV Stations in Malaysia.
In 2008, Bryan participate in many event performances in both Singapore and Malaysia, including Chinatown Point, Bukit Timah Plaza etc. Through public performance, Bryan had gained many good comments from the public and sponsors, and even recieved product sponsorship from various sponsors. In addition, he also become the celebrity tour guide for WTS Travel, and lead tour to Malaysia and Indonesia. From the tours, he gathered many supporters due to his cheerful and great hosting skill.
In 2009, Bryan’s duet composition Comma, Full Stop (逗号句号), won over the recognition of local media and netizens. Together with his fellow artiste local singer-songwriter Elson Soh, their Youtube video hits reached 1000 just within a day of upload and the both were featured by local newspaper, MyPaper, as well as local online media, OMY.sg as being the “next big thing” in Singapore.
Bryan’s singing talents also won the praises of the public, media and sponsors of both Malaysia and Singapore. Despite his talented nature, Bryan has never give up on learning. He’s currently undergoing further trainings in vocals, dancing as well as hosting and acting to further brush up his talents.
In 2010, Bryan showed his humble and nurturing side, setting up his own talent management company, Forest Talents, grooming aspiring talents and wannabes, realising their dreams for them. Since then, Forest Talents has hosted, organised and appeared in various major events.
Bryan’s musical talents didn’t stop there. He also doubles up as a vocal producer and creative director of many artistes.
Coming mid 2011, Bryan will be releasing his debut album. The album will be solely based on Bryan’s personal compositions, produced by renowed production team in Malaysia. His two music video is made by the movie-maker production house in Singapore.
